Convertly Cloud provides free online tools for image conversion, compression, resizing, and other utility functions. All tools are provided as-is for personal and commercial use.
Acceptable Use
You agree to:

- Not upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content
- Not attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt our services
- Not use automated systems to overload our servers
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all files you upload and process through our tools. We claim no rights to your content. The Convertly Cloud brand, logo, and website design are our intellectual property.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce specific results. Use our tools at your own discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Convertly Cloud shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to data loss or corrupted files.
File Processing
Files uploaded to our server for processing are handled temporarily and deleted immediately after processing. We are not responsible for any loss of data. Always keep backups of your original files.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
